Nicholas A. Maloyan, Esq.

Nicholas A. Maloyan is the founder and Managing Attorney of Maloyan Law, A Professional Law Corporation. The firm has office spaces in the States of California and Florida. Mr. Maloyan handles complex first and third-party residential and commercial insurance property damage matters on behalf of his clients. His representation consists of helping policyholders navigate through arduous insurance claims, assisting insureds overcome claims that are placed in the carrier’s Special Investigation’s Unit (SIU), defending clients’ Examination Under Oaths, overturning wrongful insurance denials, construction management and ultimately obtaining a maximized settlement to place his clients back into pre-loss conditions.
Mr. Maloyan additionally handles claims against Homeowner Associations who fail to adhere to their CC&Rs and State law. Oftentimes, Associations fail to maintain their common areas, resulting in significant property damages to condominium owners. Mr. Maloyan ensures to obtain the recovery needed on behalf of his clients to get them back into pre-loss conditions.
Mr. Maloyan also handles construction defect cases against contractors whose workmanship fall below the applicable standard of care.
Throughout the course of his professional career, Mr. Maloyan has cumulatively procured millions of dollars in settlement value on behalf of his clients. Mr. Maloyan strives to always go above and beyond his clients’ expectations in order to deliver unparalleled and quality representation.
Mr. Maloyan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Northridge. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Mr. Maloyan is admitted to practice law in the States of California and Florida.

Brenda’s practice focuses on complex property damage claims arising from losses under personal and commercial policies. Brenda assists clients with their insurance claims and strives to obtain a maximized settlement on their behalf. Brenda is also experienced in defending Examination Under Oaths and ensures her clients are well-prepared and comfortable throughout the process.
Brenda’s life experiences have shaped her into a relentless, yet empathetic advocate for her clients. She approaches each case as if it were her own and gives it her all to ensure the best possible outcome for each one of her cases.

Amiel A. Azizollahi, Esq.

Amiel A. Azizollahi joined Maloyan Law, APLC in 2021 and serves as Of Counsel on various matters. Mr. Azizollahi has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements pertaining to the sale and purchase of real property, conducting environmental and title diligence and reviewing zoning ordinances. He frequently consults on property damage matters and construction management for the firm’s clients.
Mr. Azizollahi earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to law school, Mr. Azizollahi earned his B.S. in Business Administration (HAAS School of Business) & B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
